God gave us 15 wonderful years with the Kuman People of Papua New Guinea. We'll tell you a little about it .

 John & Poko asked us to go to their people to teach God's Word. They became believers. Poko is now in heaven!  We began by building a house in their Kuman village.
The next step was to learn their language and culture...
...and to love the people.
Gende helped us translate the Bible into his language.
Barb typed the scriptures and checked it for accuracy.
Then, we had the privilege of teaching the people in their own language.
One of the most encouraging times was in teaching Andy. When we left the Kuman work, He started a church to teach God's Word to his own people.
